Integral Development Program

This program is an opportunity for you to dive deeper, anchor new practices and inhabit new ways of being in relation to a specific topic. We will meet every second week to illuminate how you’re moving through the world and changing in relation to the world. During each session we will develop a practice or two that you will take with you into the world until we meet again. These practices will help you move gently into a new approach to the topic and embody your new way of being.

Before our session I will send you a set of questions for you to explore and outline for me the topic at hand. I will spend time before our hour-long session, sinking into what you’ve written and come prepared to listen and help you push aside the boulders that have been blocking your way. We’ll work toward a new approach, a new way of being in relation to the topic, that will allow you to step forward and move freely in the direction of your dreams.
